Terms and Conditions

R A Farms & Event Center LLC

Booking & Payment Terms:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
  • Final payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to make final payment by this time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event date will forfeit only the initial deposit.
  • Cancellations within 60 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the total event cost.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the entire payment.

Facility Use & Liability:

  • Clients and guests must adhere to all venue policies and local laws.
  • R A Farms & Event Center LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property belonging to clients or their guests.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to venue property during their event.

Vendor Policy:

  • All vendors must be approved by R A Farms & Event Center LLC prior to the event.
  • Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance at least 14 days prior to the event.

Decorations & Setup:

  • Decorations must be approved by R A Farms & Event Center LLC management prior to the event.
  • Clients are responsible for the setup and teardown of decorations unless decoration services have been booked through R A Farms & Event Center LLC.
  • All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless arrangements have been made for teardown service.

Food & Beverage:

  • Clients may bring their own food or use an approved caterer.
  • Alcohol service must comply with local laws and be provided by licensed and insured professionals.
  • Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the event.

Photography & Media:

  • R A Farms & Event Center LLC reserves the right to use photographs or video footage taken at the venue for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

Weather Policy:

  • R A Farms & Event Center LLC is not liable for weather-related impacts on outdoor events. Clients are encouraged to arrange suitable backup plans.

Website and Service Availability:

  • R A Farms & Event Center LLC strives to ensure our website and services are available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical issues.

User Conduct & Behavior:

  • Users must not engage in unlawful behavior, harassment, hate speech, spamming, or any other disruptive activity on our website or venue.
  • Violation of conduct policies may result in immediate removal or termination of services.

Intellectual Property & Copyright:

  • All content on our website and promotional materials is owned by R A Farms & Event Center LLC. Users may not reproduce, modify, or use content without explicit written permission.

Account Management & Termination:

  • R A Farms & Event Center LLC reserves the right to disable user accounts for violations of these terms and conditions or inappropriate use.

Limitation of Liability:

  • R A Farms & Event Center LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Modification of Terms:

  • R A Farms & Event Center LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of revised terms.

Acceptance of Terms:

  • Booking your event with R A Farms & Event Center LLC signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

  • In the event of exceptional circumstances or emergencies, refunds or deposit returns are solely at the discretion of R A Farms & Event Center LLC's owner.


Return and Refund Policy:

  • Terms of Return: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • State of Return: All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Reason for Return: Items eligible for return include products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Process for Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at rafarmevents@gmail.com, providing details of the product and reason for return. Further instructions will be provided upon confirmation.
  • Process of Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, credited to your original method of payment.
